The customer service was excellent.Nice big rooms and everything was as requested. The pictures on the net do not do this hotel justice as the hotel was much better than expected. We really enjoyed our stay.
The kitchen could do with an update, however it was very functional.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the fully functional and well-equipped kitchenette, allowing us to cook our own meals. the key location near the train station was incredibly convenient for our travels. the friendly service provided at the reception added to our positive experience.
The lack of electricity sockets near the table, which made it challenging to work on our laptops. there was a loud humming noise at night, possibly from a nearby generator, which disturbed our sleep.

Excellent room, nicely decorated, good quality fixtures and fittings, kitchenette well stocked with equipment (Cutlery pans etc). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, plenty of good local restaurants and within walking distance of the centre of Turin. (15-20 minute stroll to dead centre) and good acess to public transport.
The only complaint we had was that the halls echoed noise, so it was possible to hear loud conversations in reception from our room, this only really had any effect on one night of our 3 night stay when some late night revellers arrived back at 3 o'clock in the morning. The 24 hour receptionist did try to keep the noise down as much as possible though.

The facilities were exactly as described and it was comfortable without being luxurious. Internet was free and worked well. The staff were very helpful and gave us a map and tourist information and when we asked about restaurants in the immediate vicinity they recommended a very good one only a couple of streets away. The location was just perfect for travelling, as we were, into and out of Porta Susa station and the walk into town was perhaps 20 minutes to the centre but with plenty to see on the way. Turin is a beautiful, elegant city with wonderful piazzas, buildings and museums.
There was nothing we disliked about the Residence Star.

Just renovated hotel with modern design. simple but elegant and with style. apartment was super clean. everything you need for comfortable stay in Turin was there, including private parking.
You are not in the city center, though it is not that difficult to get there.

It is very close to the train station - Porta Susa - from where my train was going back to London. It's an apart-hotel and rooms have fridges, cookers and cutlery. You can find cheaper in Turin, of course.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my time here enjoyable. They provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet street but still close to all the attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the ironing facilities and in-room safe. this place exceeded my expectations and provided me with a comfortable and luxurious experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was very clean and staff were very helpful. It is less than 10 mins walking to the city centre and the best gelati shop La Romana is around the corner! The bathroom was very spacious and plenty of towels for all 4 of us!
No cafe on site for breakfast but able to find one close by.

Excellent reception staff, and that's all.
A very worn out budget residence with very thin walls. A terrible place to be if you happen to have a late (5 am) happy couple next door and a family of early birds at the opposite room. I had to use my ear plugs. Really uncomfortable bed, tiny pillow and a few hairs in the shower. Not a place to repeat in a future visit to Torino.
